  26. This program is PD, but I claim the copyright over
  27. any files contained within the this directory,
  28. and the source code. The program can be passed on,
  29. but must be passed on complete, and this includes
  30. info-servers, bbs, and PD libraries. NO CHARGE should
  31. be made for this program.  Like almost any computer program,
  32. this program may contain minor bugs which should not affect
  33. the general running of the program, but may crop up
  34. occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.
  35. running on hardware/software/OS versions not the same
  36. as the author's or under certain conditions not yet tested
  37. by the author). Users are encouraged to send any bug reports
  38. to the author at the address specified earlier, but the
  39. author is NOT liable for any problems (disk crashes, hung
  40. machines and the such like) that may arise from these bugs.
  41. This stems from the fact that the software is FREE and cannot
  42. be guaranteed to be 100% bug-free. However, the author
  43. will always fix any reported bugs and release a fresh
  44. version of this if the bug was serious enough.
